The actor has approached Basava Tarakam Indo American cancer Hospital run by Balakrishna for help and treatment of his wife. Management has accepted to help and has started treating the wife of Vijay Kumar. This kind gesture of Balayya his winning hearts with the people.

Andhra Hospitals is one of the most famous and crowded hospitals. To which, more than 10,000 patients from northern Andhra region make visit for treatment. Mostly, people visiting this hospital are very poor, who can’t even afford for a average cost meal. To be a help to them, TDP MLA, Vasupalli Ganesh Kumar, he himself had started serving food for the cost same as Anna Canteen Cost. We are going with a special Article on the occasion of CBN’s birthday. In this article, we would like to speak about the Monstrous Development of Hyderabad under Chandra babu Naidu Rule.

Hyderabad was going through the development right from the Nizam’s rule. But at a point Hyderabad was not coping up with the latest developments of cities like Bangalore and Bombay. At a point Hyderabad was loosing its resources, money and development. Since the development wasn’t adapted like the competitor cities, Hyderabad was falling behind.

The then, Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu wanted to make Hyderabad adaptable to the change. With the booming of Software market, CBN caught the roots to develop Hyderabad. But it wasn’t that easy in attracting the software company investment’s in the city. In those days, all the American based software companies were aware of Bangalore and Bombay. They haven’t had an idea about Hyderabad. This become a huge obstacle to CBN’s vision of making Hyderabad as Silicon Valley.

Naidu started working from the scratch, he had made all government rules in favour of companies to invest in Hyderabad. He mostly concentrated on infrastructure and branding. His mission of making the Foregin investors aware about the Hyderabad city was initiated with various steps and stages. Let’s get into detail, how CBN had made Hyderabad what it looks like today.

Branding:

None of the software company investor’s in US know about Hyderabad back then. As we said earlier, they were only aware of Bangalore or Bombay. If software company investors wanted to setup their software companies, they used to have Bangalore/Bombay in their mind. The first step CBN initiated was, Branding. CBN wanted to make investors aware of the capability of the city. In regard that he had spent huge amount to brand Hyderabad and make them aware about Hyderabad. This process went through various stages.

Developing infrastructure, hi- tech buildings, Inviting Bill Clinton to Hyderabad, Presentation to bill gates and convinced him to invest in Hyderabad. Finally, after setting up of Microsoft in Hyderabad, the branding expected by Naidu was achieved. Even till date this is known to be the remarkable achievement in the history of Hyderabad.

Investments:

Once the software boom and hype had reached Hyderabad, many people living Abroad or working in other Indian cities were keen in shifting to Hyderabad. US settled telugu people returned to Hyderabad and invested huge amounts in software companies to float their own business. This even improved the employment ratio for Telugu Natives in Hyderabad itself.

Migration of Andhraites:

Rich Andhraites from various Andhra region migrated to Hyderabad with the trust in CBN and Hyderabad Development. They invested their money on various business in Hyderabad. Hyderabad was reaching to the fullest of development with growth in real estates, branded showrooms, Multiplexes, Malls, Star hotels and Restaurants.

We are writing this not to defame anyone. In this article we like to explain the seat exploitation happening for open category students and gambling around it!

Leave about Government Jobs and all other fields. Medical field is one such department which requires more of knowledge based knowledge rather than reservation based knowledge.

Okay, let me come to that question which I raised in the beginning of the article. Which doctor you will opt to get treated from? the options were, Doctor with 500 Below rank or a doctor with 50,000 plus rank who got to get PG seat because of the reservation which a Open category doctor couldn’t get.

Obviously if any one of us get into a patient scenario, we would opt for knowledgeable doctor only. Whereas our system haven’t left us without any other option rather than opting to get treated by a doctor with 50,000+ Rank. He/She might get to pass the post graduation and might have learnt something but how far equal to an doctor with 500+ rank?

What we like to say is, why the reservation isn’t working fair on either sides?

Recently in Maharashtra State counselling, only 20% seats were left for open category. Moreover open category isn’t exclusive for open category, again competition will be from all categories. In such a case, throughout the state only 1 seat was left in MD Radiology for Open Category. This is not only the case with Maharastra, in every state the situation is same. Government is playing with the lives of common man with reservation based vote bank politics. Deserved aren’t deserving what they really deserve.

Even more shocking thing is, candidates can attend both National counselling and state counseling. If a candidate from Particular category attends both Counsellings and if he get seat in both the Counsellings, obviously he will opt the better one and he will leave anyone of the seat. Now what happens is, if a student from X category leaves that seat, only X category students can opt it and it won’t be open for other categories. Along with this that particular seat will be slashed to lower ranked students and will not be upgraded to the upper rank students.

Throughout India doctor’s have staged several protests, rallies and moments against government but nothing has helped them. The situation now is, Each medical student from open category has to study 2-4 years minimum to clear PG entrance after their MBBS.

Looking at the poor plite of doctors, government should reduce their Arrogancy over reservation based seat allotments in Medical field at the least.

Most Fridays a new hero gets introduced, it’s not easy like olden days to go on with a single getup for a long period. Heros have to get update their appearances along with their acting skills. Audience always expect something special and different from a movie to other movie. If a hero has got audience appreciation for some mannerism in a movie and if the same hero continues it to the next movie the same audience will unlike it and they will term it has regular or nothing new.

Many stars have went threw this. If they haven’t concentrated and corrected they may not survived. Several heros like Pawan Kalyan, Jr NTR, Venkatesh, Chiranjeevi have went through the rough patch in their career. But they corrected themselves and got back into the path, but this few heros are struggling to find the mistake and are almost being written off.

Lets start with Balakrishna, When Balayya did Samarasimha Reddy, which was a out and out faction movie with tigh slaps, car blasts and Spiderman fights. The audience loved it and the movie went on to become a industry hit. But after that slowly audience got bore with Balayya repeating same kind of stuff, At a instant it become like, if the same Balayya makes same scenes, the same audience are not in the mood to encourage it. The reason is they need something fresh in every movie.

Now, there is a same situation with another star, Mahesh Babu. But, contrast to Balayya’s repeated sound action, Mahesh goes too much of underplay or Subtle act. If one had noticed Mahesh post Srimanthudu, almost in all of his movies he carried same expressionless expressions with a dull moody face, which he had in Srimanthudu. Generally, Mahesh who is know to be a good actor went on to face huge criticism and trolls which claimed him as a ‘Rock’.

Both this stars Nandamuri Balakrishna and Mahesh babu, along with the criticism for their acting they lost their Box office stamina also. Almost all of the movies of Mahesh Babu bombed at box office big time post Srimanthudu. Some analysts have claimed Spyder flop to be the India’s Second Biggest commercial disaster right behind Bombay Velvet. Similarly Balakrishna’s Magnum opus NTR Biopic went on to become huge disaster. Though Balayya had acted well in NTR Biopic, because of the reputation he had, audience felt him odd to imagine him as NTR on screen. Similar with Mahesh Babu’s Bharat Ane Nenu, though the movie got Fantastic talk, Mahesh failed to pull the movie into profit zone. Simple reason is, his previous flops effected big time on pulling the audience towards the theatre.

However, with Age factor in consideration even if Balayya loses his stardom, it won’t matter him much. But the situation isn’t same for Mahesh. While his counterparts Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Prabhas are performing extremely well. If his much expected Maharshi Fails, eventually Mahesh will not be a super star anymore.

Now coming to Nagarjuna , though he releases good number of movies every year, he ends failing miserably with each movie. His last genuine hit was Soggadi Chinni nayana, no one even will remember what was his previous hit before Soggadi Chinni nayana(excluded Manam). The problem with Nagarjuna is script selection. He has a box filled with dramas and romantic movies, but which never work out. With respect to his age, he must have choosen to explore new type of roles apart from mediocre type of romantic rules. While audience were done with Nagarjuna’s romantic roles post Manmadhudu, Santosham days itself. In few previous movies like Officer, Devadas Nagarjuna was clearly seen to lost his touch. At least if he had opted to different rules like Venkatesh he might withstand a few more years given his age. However, once again Nagarjuna has went to his romantic genre and experimenting with the sequel of Manmadhudu.

Ram pothineni and Nagashouya, both this young actors are blessed with mountain of talent. Both their sense in script selection isn’t good. To be frank, they have wasted their own career with their own hands. Ram pothineni, who scored a mega blockbuster with Ready, went on to choose similar kind of scripts post Ready. Even his last movie Hello guru Prema Kosame will be in the similar line of Ready. He never even taught of experimenting by coming out of that Ready box. However, in his next with Puri Jagannath, Ram seems to experiment something new. Ismart Shankar has already gathered some expectations, whole industry his hoping for the bounce back of Ram pothineni. Whereas Naga Shourya went to experiment different stories and characters but post Okka Manasu he started losing his fan base for unknown reasons. Added Ammamagarillu and Narthanasala performed very poor at the box office with which Nagashouya has been left empty handed even without a single notable project. Nagashouya has to work were he had went wrong.

Finally Akhil Akkineni and Sai Dharam Tej are in a stage of criticism were they have been written off, if without their family branding what they would have been in industry. It doesn’t mean they haven’t kept the Hardwork. They have worked hard upto their best level of skills. It may be better if they take a break from movies and concentrate on real careers were they can succeed instead of having multiple launches.

Finally, film industry is a ruthless work space which asks every technician to get updated every day. No one is permanently great forever. How much one works hard to keep him updated with several aspects gets to stay in the industry for long

There is a political party which is in opposition with no experience in previous governance and nothing strong in defence of their party as a good opposition. But still they go with confident mindset towards polls.

As a common man we might think, when already a government existing with proven ability and ample performance whats the need for us to opt for another party to get into ruling over the present ruling party.

From this is where the intermediate’s should start their ground work.

Well before two years ahead of elections this intermediates will start working. Well, you might ask who are this intermediates? They are none other than renowned survey agencies or news organisations who will be hired by a political party to work for them in all illegal ways.

They will start the basic work with creating negative on the desired party using the social media handles.

When the election is approaching in a year this brokers will start working with predictions and polls, which will be total fake without any facts or true opinions just with the sake to support their political bosses. This doesn’t stop once, this will be made in a continuous process starting with one year before polls, nine months before polls, six months before polls, three months before, from then 15 days once. In later stages with elections around, constituency based surveys and exit polls will be made. All this exit polls will be telecasted in their associate channels and through paid profiles, pages and handles in social media. They won’t stop until people start thinking their fake to be the true scenario.

Based on the intermediators ideas Recently few parties went on to make biopics on their leaders thinking it may help the party in the elections.

With so much of internal plannings and black market involved people are made to confuse and not left to think with their own taughts to support the leader or party whom they really need to support.

If people accepted they continued the acting, if they got rejection they used to stay away from on screen.

NTR’s son Harikrishna tried his luck with the movies, after rejection he stayed away. Similarly, with Krishna’s elder son Ramesh Babu Gattamaneni. Few heros like Balakrishna, Nagarjuna, Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan, Jr NTR got good acceptance for their acting and on screen presence. They even succeded in gathering mass following as similar to their predecessors. Infact Balakrishna, Mahesh, Tarak, Pawan Kalyan went a step ahead to become the demi god’s for masses.

Telugu Audience always have a good taste and like towards Telugu heros. They have a good sense towards accepting the talented actors as well as rejecting the scrap. Everything was good in TFI until late 2000’s. Not everyone from a actors family used to become hero. But after late 2000’s scenario changed.

Before 2003, from mega family there were only 2 hero’s, Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan. Once after 2003, Allu Arjun made his entry, In 2006 Ram Charan then one after the other Sai dharam tej, Allu Sirish, Varun Tej, Niharika konidela, vaishnav tej so finally almost a dozen actors are present now only from mega family. In this dozen actors Allu sirish, Sai Dharam tej and Niharika Konidela where outrightly rejected. But after each rejection a launch after relaunch again a relaunch, just a cyclic process!

Similar with the case of Akhil akkineni, made a grand entry under his father’s shadow, after each rejection, every minute he acted was a relaunch and yet to score a hit.

In Nandamuri family, many dint test their luck with movies, only Tarak Ratna couldn’t shine and after some failures he politely stayed away from movies. Similar with G. Ramesh Babu also, he tried his luck as hero in few movies after the rejection he stayed away from movies once for all.

What we like to convey is, few heros with back up of family run production houses, Fathers and uncles shadows must learn some basic sense about the opinion of audience and stop trying their luck after rejection. Chandra babu Naidu Led TDP government was the first state level party which out rightly opposed Narendra Modi led BJP government. Though both the parties were in alliance during 2014 elections later due to various issues including special status for Andhra Pradesh, terms dint go well between TDP and BJP, TDP backed off. Later in Telangana Elections, TDP went with congress and was mudded to defeat.

Now, Coming to the Andhra Pradesh Assembly Elections. People of Andhra Pradesh have seen the governance of TDP for last 5 years.

From People’s Point of View Let’s go through some positives and Negatives.

Positives:

Undoubtedly, Building the new capital “AMARAVTHI” will top the list.

YSR Congress Party:

We are not going with any positives for YSRCP because without a chance given one can’t speak about positives/Negatives. But we can say Why to Vote YSRCP based on people’s opinion.

Why YSRCP?

Jagan is not a tamasha leader, he can be efficient.

He has a wide exposure towards handling National Level Politics.

Frequently and faithfully he had addressed lakhs of people, he very well know the short comings of the TDP government, he can address those issues.

Rigorous Padayatra he made is a backbone for him. Interactions he had with people, His stand against BJP in special status and his support to Andhra Pradesh People For special status were some main things he did as an Opposition leader.

Why Not YSRCP?

Criminal Cases on Jagan may affect his governance, if cases are proved he might have to leave the government with someone else whom people dint vote for might rule. Which will eventually affect the development of the state.

With Numerous cases on him, he always has to work with fear to the National parties, he can’t go against anyone with load on his back.

Situation happened in Tamil Nadu May re occur in Andhra Pradesh when Ms. Jayalalithaa was arrested.

Analysis:

It would be foolish to completely write off YSRCP\Jagan. He is a leader with good potential. The question here is whether this will be the proper time to check his potential by putting the future of state in stake? Based on various aspects Team Gossiper go with a 50-50 winning chance for YSCRP.

Janasena Party.

In a 13 card game, Joker plays a key role, Joker can be a King Maker/ Win Maker or just can go unnoticed when the opposition has clealy good cards. We are not going with any kind of analysis for Janasena.

The only thing people are looking out for Janasena is, How Much Damage they are going to create for the votes of TDP and YSRCP vote bank.

Though there are lot of speculations regarding Janasena being silently backed by TDP based on its alliance with BSP, which is speculated to be a plan by CBN to affect the vote bank of YSRCP, It’s a known fact that YSRCP has undisputed following among Schedule caste’s, with BSP in action along with Janasena should watch out what will be the damage to YSRCP.

So whatever it is, to witness the end game we have to wait till May 23!
