What to start with about Suryakantam? However there is nothing positive in the movie, except for the crew convincing themselves that they can bring such a scrap to audience and trusting audience will watch it. To keep it precise, this is an unofficial remake of Patindhi Chopra’s ‘Hasse Toh Phasse’. A routine to the extreme triangular love story with no faithful plot. Heroine, Suryakantam is a confused girl, Hero, Abhi is a confused guy, Perlene, Clueless about what she has to do in the movie. The team could’ve at least scrapped the movie at editing table. Varun Tej, who is presenting the movie surely would have had an idea with what’s happening.
Coming to the performance’s, with respect to the ethics of review writing, I can’t use few appropriate words.
This bunch of people acted in lead roles aren’t even fit for web series! Better, they could find their chances in some daily television series. If some character is a kind of active girl, this directors want their actors to go on top with overaction, with which audience should get irritated! Niharika had one such character.
It’s useless to speak about all the rest, when the movie was made completely Niharika centered, and her performance itself a half baked what we can expect from others. Except for Satya who did a promising job with what he was given. Few directors are better to TV Serials and Webseries, Pranith is best fit to those serials and web series. Nothing much about other departments too.
Final line:
watching a movie or avoiding it is upto audience.
we like to request the makers to think twice about the audience who are going to sit before the big screen for 2+ hours looking at all lame acts.
Please feel shy to release such scrap products.
