Jagan Delhi trip cancelled & SEC appointment stay withdrawn

Two major developments have happened, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Ys Jagan Delhi trip got cancelled and stay petition on SEC Ramesh Kumar appointment is withdrawn by the Andhra Pradesh Government. Both these incidents are seen as very crucial and major developments.

Immediately after the High court judgement to restore SEC, Andhra Pradesh Government moved for the stay. Simultaneously, AP Government is preparing to approach Supreme court to appeal the high court desicion. Meanwhile, CM Ys Jagan planned to meet Home Minister Amit shah today at Delhi.

But, all of a suddent, CM Ys Jagan Delhi trip was cancelled. It seems like Home Minister Amit Shah doesn’t want to meet Jagan. Actually, the main motive for Jagan to meet Amit Shah is regarding the discussion of SEC Ramesh Kumar issue, LG Polymers gas leak issue. Further details are awaited.

Also, the Andhra Pradesh Government has withdrawn the stay appeal from High court. The reason stated for stay withdrawal is that the government approaching supreme court. However, only with time the exact reasons behind these will be known. And, this isn’t the first time Amit Shah has cancelled the appointment to CM Ys Jagan.
