Ismart Shankar is one of the most expected and a lifeline kinda movie for Hero Ram Pothineni and Director Puri Jagannath. After Nenu Sailaja, Ram failed to produce commercial success at the box Office. Similarly, after Temper Puri Jagannath haven’t shown any signs of getting a hit again in his life. With both the hero and director being in the worst phase of their career, they are awaiting for some kind of miracle in the name of Ismart Shankar.
Album by Manisharma has hit the right chords among the young and the songs have been well recieved. While on the other hand, teaser and Trailer recieved mixed response, which was mostly negative. Lack of clarity in the trailer and Ram Characterisation has sent wrong signs with the audience.
This has eventually affected the mindset of buyers also. Puri Jagannath has approached several distributors and the sad truth is, there is no taker for Ismart Shankar. The production team of Ismart Shankar have finally approached a big producer cum Distributor, who earlier distributed Puri Jagannath’s Mehbooba tasted severe losses. So that big producer cum Distributor also waved his hands off. This much hoped project, Ismart Shankar is right now going through release troubles.
