Telugu Super star Mahesh Babu is said to have increased his remuneration Inspite of the ongoing lockdown crisis. Mahesh Babu was supposed to act under Vamshi Paidipally direction. But Mahesh cancelled the project owing to the dissatisfaction in the story Vamshi Paidipally has developed. Later, Mahesh Babu made a call to Geetha Govindam fame director Parasuram for directing him in SSMB27. Immediately after this development, Couple of big production houses tried to grab this project.
Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu increased his remuneration for SSMB27. After Continuous disasters like Brahmotsavam, Spyder, Mahesh got his form back with Bharat ane nenu. Though Maharshi ended up as box office failure, His next outing Sarileru Neekevvaru performed decent commercially. With the success like Sarileru Neekevvaru and Bharat ane Nenu, Mahesh Babu decided to increase his remuneration.
Already for Sarileru Neekevvaru, Mahesh took hefty amount as remuneration and was also one of the three producers. Whereas for SSMB27, Mahesh is expecting to bag Rs 50 Crores as Renumeration apart from involving as producer. Now after hearing the remuneration expectation of Mahesh Babu, the production houses are thinking to back off from the project.
Post the Lockdown crisis, cinema Industry might be unpredictable with the box office. Owing to this, producers aren’t interested to invest big bucks as of now. Already few big projects under making are in the taught to cut down the major remunerations.
