TDP with its majority in the legislative council has stopped the ‘Development Decentralization‘ & ‘APCRDA repeal‘ bill regarding to capital shift for now and has directed it to the SELECT committee.

Telugu Desam Party has pulled nothing less of a magic from nowhere. Yesterday, YSRCP passed both the bills with regard to capital shift successfully in the legislative assembly with its humongous 151 Majority MLAs. Whereas TDP took its secret weapon and invoked Rule 71. With which, both the bills were brought to Legislative council for debate. As the Majority votes of council polled in favour of debate on the bills, council took the bills for debate.

Based on three clause kept by TDP, council headed by Shariff Mohammed Ahmed commenced the debate from morning. After several rounds of heated arguments, Clause presented by TDP against the Capital shift bill was kept for voting.

ITDP Supremo, opposition leader Chandra Babu Naidu and MLAs Payyavula Keshav and Balakrishna from TDP along with 20 around YSRCP MLAs seated in the gallery to oversee the proceedings during voting for the clause. With TDP having majority in the council and prolonged debate with no conclusion beyond 12 hours time, Council chairman using his special power directed the bill to SELECT committe. With which, for now temporarily, TDP has stopped capital shift bill.

SELECT committee will be a small group of MPs formed by Central government who will be going through the bills directed by Andhra Pradesh Legislative council.

Meanwhile today in the Legislative council, YSRCP ministers Kodali Nani and Anil Kumar Yadav entered the council house, abused and threatened the MLCs not to vote in favour of TDP. Kodali Nani went on to the Chairman Shariff Mohammed Ahmed podium and yelled at him with unparliamentary language. YSRCP Government also managed to black out the complete proceedings of Legislative council from media by turning off the wifis and media coverage.

With the majority in the TDP legislative council, TDP voted for the debate of bill in Upper house. In the voting, 27 votes where casted in support of TDP, 11 in favour of YSRCP and 9 neutral votes. Out of the 11 votes YSRCP got 2 belonged to TDP. TDP MLCs Pothula Sunitha and Siva Nagi Reddy have voted in support of YSRCP. However, by tomorrow chairman of the house might disqualify this both MLCs.

Debate over the capital shift bill will continue tomorrow also as the Council meeting concluded without a result today. It is expected TDP might place amendment with three different clause tomorrow, the clause are expected to be in this way,

1. Not to accept the APCRDA repeal bill
2. Disapproval of ‘Development Decentralization bill’
3. Disapproval of three capital idealogy

TDP legislative council will be again pushing the upper house to voting pattern amendment as well as for each separate clause. There will be a detailed debate in the house, after which upper house members can Approve or Reject or forward to select committee.

If this amendment and three clause gets approved in legislative council than the bill passed by Legislative assembly will become invalid. Following which, Andhra Pradesh Government might go again for placing the bill in legislative assembly in any time. Once again TDP will invoke rule 71 and this will become a loop. Mean while YSRCP Government is looking to scrap legislative council. However which is a one year long process and it cannot result in immediate help for ysrcp.

Mass conversions are happening in Andhra Pradesh. Several Christian ambassadors are invading the villages to brainwash the public for conversion of religion.

Ever since the change in Andhra Pradesh ruling government, Christian religion agencies have breathed independence to function actively. Conversion agents are marching in huge numbers into rural regions to brainwash the Hindu community people.

People of a village in Andhra Pradesh have placed a placard threatening the conversion agents from entering the village. Kolaganivari Palem village people have asked the conversion agents to stay away from the village mentioning about the Hindu population in the village.

This village people have atleast got the guts to place the placard against religion conversions. In few rural villages of Uttarandhra region, conversions are taking place with the help of local ruling party leaders.

People of Andhra Pradesh are in the fear of conversion mafia. Already major tourist attractions of Andhra Pradesh is turning into an hub for Christianity promotions.

AP CM YS Jaganmohan reddy was disrespected by the BJP leaders & ministers, alleges the AP youth. Irrespective of the political differences with YCP, a group of TDP cadre joined hands in questioning the central govt.

YS Jagan as the CM of Andhra Pradesh, sought the appointment of central Home Minister Amit Shah along with the minister of law & justice Ravi Shankar Prasad on 21st of October. But the appointments were not finalised for yesterday, since Shah was busy with elections in Maharashtra & Haryana, by which Jagan had to wait till today to meet them.

Embarrassingly, today also Jagan was not given any fixed time to meet the Home Minister, since it was Shah’s birthday and he was occupied with celebrities & leaders visiting him. Even though govt claimed that Jagan was given 40 mins to talk to Shah, inside news is that Jagan went to Shah, honored him with a shawl, conveyed birthday wishes and returned.

On this incident, a group of YCP sympathisers, objected the central govt’s behavior. Being a CM of a state, Jagan wanted to discuss on the issues the state is facing whereas the ministers behaved in a disrespectful way. On the other hand, TDP cadre alleges that, since the final judgement on Jagan’s exemption from personal appearance is on Nov 1st, Jagan went to convince Shah and others to exempt him.

The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh has recently passed on a GO stating that only Hindu people should work at Hindu Temples and the remaining are to be transferred to other departments.

This is the rule that is generally followed in Tirumala Tirupathi Devesthanam widely in a common knowledge to people. But not every other Hindu temple were able to follow this strictly. Owing to this fact, this GO has been welcomed by many across the state.

It looks like YS Jagan went forward with this decision due to the AP BJP party leader’s Chief Kanna went to the Governor about how unfair the ruling government was by acquiring the controls of hindu temple lands. Maybe Jagan would have thought that this GO would put a full stop to the BJP candidates consistent nagging.
