High court in its judgement today has lifted the suspension on An Venkateshwar Rao. Along with lifting the judgement, court has also ordered the state government to pay the salary of Venkateswar Rao for the suspension period too. This is the third judgement today that has gone against the ruling YSRCP led Andhra Pradesh government. These judgements by high court showcases the vendetta Politics of YSRCP led Andhra Pradesh government.

Former Director General (CID) and Intelligence chief AB Venkateswara Rao was placed under suspension a few months ago by Ys Jagan led YSRCP government. The suspension of Venkateswara Rao was based on the allegations of information leakage. YSRCP government has alleged that Venkateswara has sold valuable information related to defense and police to an Israel based firm for the personal gain. Countering these Allegations, AB Venkateswara Rao approached the CAT. Venkateswara Rao claimed himself to be clean. Initially, He accused the YSRCP government of Vendetta politics. Venkateswara Rao in his complaint mentioned that YSRCP is involving politics and community in the issue. 

After a brief enquiry regarding the issue, the tribunal and Ministry of Home Affairs concluded to stand by the decision of State government and approved the suspension of AB Venkateswara Rao.

Ab Venkateshwar Rao appealed the decision of tribunal in High court. Today, high court in its judgement lifted the suspension of Ab Venkateshwar Rao. A few months ago, YSRCP government suspended IRS officer Jasthi Krishna Kishore in a similar pattern. Krishna Kishore also accused the YSRCP government of involving politics in the issue. However, When Krishna Kishore approached tribunal, the tribunal announced Krishna Kishore clean and trashed the YSRCP government for unlawful suspension.
