Andhra Pradesh governor Biswabhusan Harichandan has accepted the 3 capital bill. Decentralisation and Development of all regions bill as well as the APCRDA cancellation bill has got the nod from the governor. Finally, 7 months of high drama regarding capital has come to an end. On the other hand, Amaravati farmers have been protesting for 227 days. It has to be now seen whether the farmers will intensify the protests further.
However, the Amaravati farmers might knock the court for stay with regard to governors decision. Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan already faced humiliation in appointment of Kanagaraj as SEC. After few months, yesterday Governor himself reappointed Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar as SEC of Andhra Pradesh. Similarly in the capital issue, already the farmers have approached the High court.
Ys Jagan, none for his adamant nature is once again blindly going ahead with three capital. The major aspect now is the development. Ys Jagan Mohan Reddy has already sank Andhra Pradesh into One Lakh twenty five thousand crores debt just in a matter of 14 months. With such debt burden and pandemic it is going to be a Himalayan task for Ys Jagan Mohan Reddy. Whatever, Amaravati farmers must be in the great shock that governor accepted 3 capital bill.
